The Planning Commission will meet June 13, 2023 at 7:30 pm in the Whiteford Township Office to consider the request by Chris Clayton and Terri Never, 5531 Ottawa River Road, Toledo, Ohio regarding parcel #5815-021-003-03 located on Sylvania Petersburg Road north of Consear Road. Parcel contains approximately 30.647 acres and is zoned AG – Agricultural.  Appellant is requesting approval for a pond permit.

The Planning Commission may review and make a recommendation on the Agricultural Building Affidavit.
