The Planning Commission will meet on May 30, 2023 at 7:30 pm to hear the request by Amy Hernandez regarding Parcel # 5815-013-003-20 and #5815-013-003-30 located on Erie Road, Temperance, MI 48182 between Summerfield and Whiteford Roads. Each parcel contains 3.39 AMOL and are zoned R-1 Rural Residential Appellant is requesting a zoning change for both parcels to AG-Agricultural in order to combine the two parcels into one 6.78 AMOL parcel.  ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
